No Teachers?

I've experienced different environments throughout my life that can help me realize and visualize the bigger picture of the world. I grew up in Boston and the school that I attended there was full of Americans and I was the only Asian in that school. In other words, I never got to be in a diversely-populated area during my eight years that I lived in America.  I currently am attending an international school in Seoul, Korea. I have lived half of my life in a non-diverse environment and the other half at a diverse environment. Through this experience, I came to conclusion to set my future career as a teacher in an international school.

Setting your stage as a teacher may sound not that hard of a job, but you do have to perceive the fact that a teacher is one of the most important jobs. When I was young, I thought that a teacher would be one of the jobs with the least importance. I looked at my teachers from the past and from the present and I always wondered what it took to be a teacher. According to an article, "The Importance Of Being A Teacher," it says that the role of a teacher is vital and essential because they are the coordinators who stand between students and enable them to do their best.  The teachers are the ones who support the students with their education. Teachers educate students. As well-educated students increase in number, the country will prosper and this will give a good impact for future generations.
I want to become a teacher teaching at an international school because I believe that learning in a diverse community is a much more better way to bond with others around the world. I also realized how significant the role of a teacher is. No teacher? What would happen to posterity?
